Nội dung chính
Hướng dẫn xin học bổng toàn phần của chính phủ Trung Quốc:
1. Các chương trình học và thời gian học
– Đại học: Thời gian học chuyên ngành từ 4-5 năm; thời gian học bổ sung tiếng Trung từ 1-2 năm; Thời hạn cấp học bổng từ 4-7 năm.
– Thạc sĩ: Thời gian học chuyên ngành từ 2-3 năm; thời gian học bổ sung tiếng Trung từ 1-2 năm; Thời hạn cấp học bổng từ 2-5 năm.
– Tiến sĩ: Thời gian học chuyên ngành từ 3-4 năm; thời gian học bổ sung tiếng Trung từ 1-2 năm; Thời hạn cấp học bổng từ 3-6 năm.
– Bổ túc Tiếng Hán: Thời gian học chuyên ngành từ 1-2năm; Thời hạn cấp học bổng không quá 2 năm.
2. Đối tượng tuyển sinh
– Có sức khỏe tốt
– Học Đại học: Có bằng tốt nghiệp THPT, kết quả học tập xuất sắc, tuổi không quá 25.
– Học Thạc sĩ: Có bằng tốt nghiệp Đại học, tuổi không quá 35.
– Học Thạc sĩ: Có bằng tốt nghiệp Thạc sĩ, tuổi không quá 40.
– Bổ túc Tiếng Hán: Có bằng tốt nghiệp THPT, tuồi không quá 35.
3. Chế độ học bổng chính phủ Trung Quốc
– Miễn phí báo danh, học phí, phí thí nghiệm, phí thực tế, phí tài liệu học tập.
– Miễn phí ký túc xá.
– Cung cấp sinh hoạt phí:
Sinh viên đại học và bổ túc Hán ngữ: 1,400 tệ/tháng
Thạc sĩ: 1,700 tệ/tháng
Tiến sĩ: 2,000 tệ/tháng
– Được hỗ trợ tiền đi lại lần đầu tiên, các chi phí sắm sửa đồ dùng ban đầu là 1500 tệ.
– Được thanh toán các phí về bảo hiểm y tế.

4. 在学期间，遵守学校的校纪、校规，全力投入学习和研究工作。尊重学校的教学安排；
During my study in China, I shall abide the rules and regulations of the host university, and concentrate on my studies and researches, and follow the teaching programs arranged by the university.
5. 按照规定参加中国政府奖学金年度评审；
I shall go through the procedures of the Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status as required.
6. 按规定期限修完学业，按期回国，不无故在华滞留；
I shall return to my home country as soon as I complete my scheduled program in China, and will not extend my stay without valid reasons.
7. 如违反上述保证而受到中国法律、法规或校纪、校规的惩处，我愿意接受中国国家留学基金管理委员会中止或取消奖学金及 其它相应的处罚。
If I am judged by the Chinese laws and decrees and the rules and regulations of the university as having violated any of the above, I will not lodge any appeal against the decision of CSC on suspending, or withdrawing my scholarship, or other penalties.
